WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

For comprehensive policies, upon receipt of the estimate and necessary documentation, we will appoint an Adjuster to inspect your vehicle within twenty-four (24) hours. They will provide us with a report within three (3) to five (5) working days. You will be notified when the report is received.

The Adjuster is an independent professional not affiliated with General Accident.  Their report will quantify the estimate provided by your repairer and provide us a guide as to how your vehicle should be repaired or if it should be treated as a Total Loss (Uneconomical to repair).

Within three (3) days of receiving the Adjuster’s report, we will then communicate to you how we intend to settle your claim. There are many factors which can affect the settlement of your claim.
