Can I make policy payments without coming in?

Yes. Don’t let policies lapse as there are several options to make payments:
Firstly, you can make online bill payment via Scotia Online, NCB Online or CIBC Online.
Secondly, you can make payments at any of the 200 PayMaster locations islandwide.

Can I still come in?

Yes. If you still wish to talk to our agents face to face, our offices remain open between the hours of 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
