Secondly, you can make payments at any of the 200 PayMaster locations islandwide.

Our website www.genac.com was recently redesigned for easier navigation and improved efficiency. The site ensures secure log-ins and a payment gateway for online credit card payments so clients can renew policies and pay premiums.

Clients also have the ability to ‘Get A Quick Quote’ using the platform as well as finding brokers, approved valuators and agents. You can also review the insurance products and features for Motor, Property, and Travel policy categories and use our WebChat feature whenever you need more information.

The website systems are also linked to an insurance database for other relevant sources as well as the Tax Administration of Jamaica, resulting in improved benefits for customers. The improved portal also offers features allowing clients to transact business remotely.
