Genac Sparks Holiday Cheer With Customer Appreciation Day

General Accident alongside its business and commercial vehicle insurance arm, Auto Smart Insurance rolled out the red carpet for customers at the company’s customer appreciation day held at the Company’s office at 58 Half Way Tree Road in Kingston on December 9.

General Accident Insurance Company (Genac) kicked off the holiday season with an exciting day of activities and giveaways for customers at its customer appreciation day December 9.

Customers visiting the general insurer’s Kingston office were met with musical entertainment, a photo booth, discounted insurance premiums and a chance to spin a wheel for other prizes.   To complete the celebratory mood, Genac enlisted vibes master, Jenny Jenny, as host and staff members donned Christmas hats.

Genac, alongside its business and commercial vehicle insurance arm, Auto Smart Insurance, feted customers from 10 am to 4 pm alongside invited guests, VW, Bottega, GoTopup and Dolla Financial.

Musician, Nasda Leghen was happy she attended the event after winning the selfie competition moments after arriving.

“I feel so good. This is such a real customer appreciation event. Thank you, I’m so grateful. Thank you so much for my prize,” Leghen said.  Though Leghen admits she isn’t yet a Genac customer, her experience at the customer appreciation activity was inspiring. “I’m not a customer yet but after this, I’m definitely thinking about signing up,” Leghen said.

Junior Smith was one of many satisfied customers eager to win prizes at the day’s events. After securing his welcome gift and a prize from GoTopup, Smith was elated to share his experience as an Auto Smart customer. “I’ve been with them for two years and I would recommend everybody to join Autosmart. It’s a very good insurance company. I have several cars with them and it’s working well,“ Smith said.

High on his win for bouncing a football 16 times to celebrate the World Cup spirit, Genac customer Robert Wright saluted the company’s recognition and was hopeful for its longevity and growth. “This is something good, I hope they do continue it and hope they do it even bigger next year. I’ve been with them five years,” he went on, “and I can say their customer service is good as well as the payment for premiums. You can always talk to them and reason with them and get something that is good for you.”
