Colesha Mahoney Reads Sandy, Tosh and the Mow Cow for Read Across Jamaica Day

In observance of the National Read Across Jamaica Day 2020, General Accident had a virtual session for the littles ones.

The insurance provider hosted a live Facebook/Instagram reading of Paula Anne Porter-Jones’ children adventure story Sandy, Tosh and the Moo Cow by Colesha Mahoney on Tuesday, May 5. The reading was broadcast on the channels of General Accident and AutoSmart.

During this Education Week, held under the theme “Promoting Digital Transformation and Positive Values & Attitudes — Imperatives for Redefining 21st Century Education”, there will be other readings.

On Wednesday, expect Boonoonoonous Hair written by Olive Senior and illustrated by Laura James to be read by Kerryann Spencer.

Chris-Ann Nunes reads Bolo the Monkey by Jonathan Burke and Nicholas Martin on Thursday, May 7.

The week will be closed out with the reading of Irie Morning — written by Alison Moss-Solomon and illustrated by Adom Burke — by Managing Director of General Accident Insurance Company (Jamaica) Limited Sharon Donaldson.
