We want to address your claim as quickly and smoothly as possible. This document will help you through the process.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that the incident is reported:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within twenty-four (24) hours to the Police Station nearest to the site of the collision. Take your Driver\u2019s Licence and all the vehicle documents with you when making the report<\/li>\n<li>Within two (2) days, to General Accident, no matter how minor. You can reach us by phone at (246) 538-2200 and email us at <a href=\"mailto:claimsinfobb@genac.com\">claimsinfobb@genac.com<\/a> and\/or visit our offices at Suite 8, Dome Mall, Warrens, St Michael. <strong>This is very important<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t already done so, or you did not call our <strong>Free <\/strong><strong>Emergency Roadside Assistance<\/strong> at (<strong>246) 829-8400 <\/strong>to the accident scene<strong>, <\/strong>you are required to complete a General Accident claim form and submit supporting documents.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We can help you do this at the office.
